DIMA Jewels Refunds & Returns Policy
At DIMA Jewels, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, beautifully crafted bracelets. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition – unused and undamaged.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include any original tags, accessories, or extras that were part of the original shipment.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Used or worn items will not be accepted.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for bracelets that break or become damaged due to wear and tear or misuse after delivery.
Damaged on Arrival
If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, including clear photos and your order number.
Each case will be individually reviewed by our team. While we follow general guidelines, we understand that every situation is unique, and some cases may still qualify for replacement even if they fall outside the standard criteria.
Bracelet Wear & Tear Policy
Please note that we cannot guarantee refunds for bracelets that are damaged or broken due to wear and tear. While we strive to ensure the quality of our products, we have no reliable way to determine whether damage was caused by a manufacturing issue or by usage over time.
We kindly ask that you treat your bracelets with care, especially those made with elastic cord. These can rip or break if they get caught on objects, overstretched, or handled roughly.
If you believe your item arrived with a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to review your case.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
